Wills & Bequests – creating a lasting legacy 

Everyone has his or her own reasons for giving to Milton District Hospital Foundation and each donation is a personal statement about what the hospital means to you. There is no greater legacy than to benefit the health of your family, friends, neighbours and community.

When planning your estate, a future charitable gift included in your Will can have very tangible benefits to you, your beneficiaries and your estate. Properly planned, such a gift will result in assisting the charity of your choice and also create a tax credit to your estate’s final income tax return!

Your contribution will help us continue to purchase new and replacement equipment to provide the best tools to our healthcare professionals. 

If you are considering or if you have already included Milton District Hospital Foundation in your estate plans, we encourage you to let us know.  The Foundation would like to appropriately recognize your thoughtful intention. Your name will be recognized along with others who have demonstrated their commitment to Milton District Hospital Foundation on a special panel by the main donor wall.

Our recommendation is always to consult with your lawyer to plan your bequest and feel free to contact our Foundation office for information on wording for your will.
