Donor Recognition

Milton District Hospital Foundation celebrates and acknowledges all our donors and friends who support and contribute to the well-being of our hospital.  Gifts are recognized according to contribution level and donor wishes.

The Donor Wall is updated annually based on cumulative giving of $5,000, or more.

Depending on your giving level, your gift could be acknowledged and recognized in the following ways:

• Your name will appear prominently on our Donor Wall in the Main Lobby of the Milton District Hospital
• You will receive invitations to special events hosted by Milton District Hospital Foundation
• You will receive updates on the progress of the Foundation through annual reports, newsletters and other materials
• Depending upon the size of your gift and how it is directed for use, you may be eligible for other forms of recognition as  well
