Each year thousands of residents turn to Milton District Hospital for their medical care where an amazing team of doctors, nurses, support staff and volunteers strive to go above and beyond, to ensure that individuals and families in our community get the best quality care, close to home.
Government funding is limited, and hospital equipment purchases are made possible by financial support from our donors, providing our medical staff with state-of-the-art technology and resources. Having access to leading edge medical technology is also an essential component of attracting new physicians, specialists and health care providers to our growing community.
Your gift to Milton District Hospital Foundation helps each and every person that enters our doors and makes a difference to healthcare delivery in our community! It allows us to enhance our programs and services to best meet the needs of our patients. Recently, through your gifts and support, Halton Healthcare Services earned one of the highest achievements - full accreditation without condition!
In the last decade, with support from the Milton District Hospital Foundation, the hospital acquired over 262 pieces of essential equipment at a cost of over $10 million. Our Foundation donors supported the Hospital generously, providing this significant funding. Thank you making a difference!
Whether you have participated in our signature Gift of Health Gala, our Golf Tournament, attended one of the many local events organized in the community, remembered the Foundation in your will, made a gift in memory or in honour of a loved one, committed to making a monthly gift, or contributed a single gift to support the purchase of capital equipment, your donation has made a direct impact on the ongoing health of our community
In the coming year your donations will continue to facilitate the acquisition of innovative technologies in areas such as Emergency Department, Surgical Suite, Obstetrics and Laboratory Medicine.
